Candlelight romance with red roses and wine. I composed and arranged the masculine ‘Romantico’ for 2 violins, 2 violas, and 2 cellos. For the feminine ‘Romantica’ I experimented with many different arrangements and instruments, wound up rewriting and re-harmonizing the melody, and ultimately decided on my favorite trio of cello, piano, and upright bass. I think the cellist captured the emotional essence of the piece perfectly. Close your eyes and immerse yourself in the romantic ambiance! P.S.
